Cleaners from Wynter's Cleaning Experience are required to bring their own cleaning equipment besides a broom, mop, or vacuum for the purposes of tough stains and in case of customers lack of supplies to complete requested cleaning.

If a customer request includes needing a greasy or tough stained area cleaned and doesn't have the correct products to get the job done, the cleaner won't be able to do what's requested at the best of their ability.

The amount of time it takes to clean the areas depends on a number of factors. This list outlines common tasks cleaners perform on the job:

Bathrooms:

Cleaning toilets, showers, and sinks

Dusting and wiping down surfaces

Wiping down all mirrors and glass surfaces

Vacuuming/cleaning floors

Taking out trash

Kitchen:

Dusting/wiping of all surfaces

Washing dishes/loading dishwasher

Cleaning exterior surfaces (stove, cabinets, fridge)

Vacuuming/cleaning floors

Taking out trash

Living Room:

Dusting/wiping of all surfaces

Wiping Tv screen

Picking up and organizing things in open space

Vacuuming/cleaning floors

Extras (upon request)

Cleaning inside oven/fridge

Folding/Washing laundry

Wiping interior windows

Organizing cabinets and drawers

All cleaners from Wynter's cleaning experience have a set $20 per hour rate for their hard work.

All cleanings are priced on a per hour basis with a minimum booking of 2 hours, the total price is based on the hours you set.

If you are or more than a 30 minute drive from a cleaner it is required you book a minimum of 3 hours along with a booking fee that starts at 5%.

If you decide to go with a pricing plan or start a Wynter membership your cleanings are discounted up to 30% off.

We will show you the estimated cost after booking. The cost will change if there are extra hours needed to complete the cleaning.

For extra tasks that you will need done please let your cleaner know beforehand so they can bring the proper equipment.

Please be advised If extra tasks take more time than selected you will be subject to be charged more. (Cleaners per hourly rate).

No, you don't. You can leave notes or message your cleaner directly for what you want them to focus on and also leave notes or message your cleaner on how they can get in.

Cleaners pass a background check and have been reviewed by other clients.

The appointment total doesn't include a tip.

Tipping cleaners are very much appreciated especially because our cleaners truly enjoy doing the cleaning for you!

After the appointment you will receive a link to review your cleaner and where you will be able to include a tip 100% of tips go to the cleaners.
